The land and its use
First check that the land can be used for the planned building (land use, height regime, setbacks). Clarify this before you sign a purchase or construction contract.
The urban planning certificate
The urban planning certificate for design sets the conditions the project must meet on that plot. It is requested from the local public authority and is the basis for the design.
Technical and execution design
The designer prepares the technical design of the structure and the execution design, with calculations for snow, wind and use, plus the documentation required for permitting. We prepare these designs for the halls we build.
The building permit
With the design and the required documents, the application for the building permit is filed with the competent authority. Works start only after the permit is issued.
Execution and acceptance
After the works are finished, the building is accepted under the procedure in force, and the premises can then be registered and used. Keep all execution documents and material certificates.
Good to know
Required documents, deadlines and procedure may depend on the importance category of the building, its size and the local authority. The information in this article is indicative. For your own case, confirm the requirements with the town hall or a local architect and talk to us about the design.
