Stages of building a turnkey metal hall in Moldova

Published: · 6 min read

A turnkey hall means one contractor and a clear route. Here is how an EvoMetal project runs, stage by stage, and how long it takes on average.

1. Initial discussion (1–3 days)

We settle the purpose, dimensions, height and site location, plus the machinery or racking you will use. You receive a personalised offer.

2. Design

We prepare the technical design of the structure and the execution design, with calculations for snow, wind and operation, plus the documentation needed for permits.

3. Contract (1–2 days)

We sign a contract with clear specifications and deadlines. The advance is paid and production and delivery are scheduled.

4. Production and delivery

We prepare the columns, trusses and galvanised C and Z profiles with 120-micron paint, bolts and anchors, then deliver everything to site.

5. Erection (about 2 weeks for the structure)

We erect the structure with bolted connections only, no welding on site, then the PIR sandwich panels, floor and doors if they are in the package.

6. Handover

We inspect the work together with you, hand over the keys and provide a warranty on materials and workmanship. The whole process takes about 4 months.
